Peter Hinssen

Peter Hinssen is one of the world’s leading innovation strategy, technology and
leadership experts.

He is a global keynote speaker, bestselling author, business school lecturer, serial entrepreneur and active startup and scaleup investor.

Peter likes to describe himself as a pathological optimist. He firmly believes that companies can and should help build a better, brighter and bolder Day After Tomorrow.

Peter has collaborated with Fortune 1000 companies and leading brands like Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon, Accenture, HP, SAS, Microsoft, Gartner, Danone, HSBC, London Business School, Sanofi, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and many more. He also lectures at renowned business schools like the London Business School and the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Peter is the author of six bestselling business books. His latest book ‘The Uncertainty Principle’ from 2025 is a guide for those bold leaders who want to better grasp the opportunities that lie in the challenges and uncertainties presented by our constantly shifting Never Normal era. ‘The Phoenix and The Unicorn’ (2020) is a book about Phoenixes: companies that are able to rethink themselves in cycles, just like the mythical bird. ‘The Day After Tomorrow’ (2017) is about the benefits of long-term thinking in times of radical innovation.

For more than fifteen years, Peter led a life of technology start-ups. His first company e-COM was acquired by Alcatel-Lucent, his second, Streamcase, by Belgacom, and Across Technology by Delaware Consulting. His third venture (Porthus) was quoted on the stock exchange in 2006 and acquired by Descartes. Between start-ups, he has been an Entrepreneur in Residence with McKinsey & Company, with a focus on digital and technology strategy. Peter’s current company nexxworks helps inspire and connect organizations to thrive in the Never Normal.

Peter is a multiple board advisor at leading companies like Belfius, Mediahuis and Ergon Capital on subjects related to innovation and technology.

Cathrine Hopstock

Cathrine Hopstock is Senior Vice President and Head of Technology at Gard AS. With a background spanning financial services, payments, and maritime insurance, she brings extensive experience in driving change in complex, highly regulated, and global organizations.

She has held several senior leadership roles at Gard since 2016 and previously worked in key positions at Nets Norway AS within payments and information security. Cathrine also serves as a board member of Digital Norway and is a strong voice on digital transformation, modern leadership, and value-driven use of technology.

Priya Lakhani

Priya Lakhani har oppnådd stor internasjonal anerkjennelse for sitt banebrytende arbeid innen kunstig intelligens i utdanning og etisk innovasjon. Sara Riis-Carstensen

Sara Riis-Carstensen is the strategic driver behind LEGO’s rise to global brand supremacy. With a career spanning some of the world’s most iconic brands, Sara has garnered acclaim as a pioneering figure in brand strategy and marketing.

Her strategic leadership was instrumental in positioning LEGO as the world’s most powerful brand, a distinction recognized by Brand Finance.

Following her success at LEGO, Sara joined De Beers as the company’s Global Head of Brand Marketing. There, she redefined the traditional marketing approach of the diamond brand by implementing an always-on digital strategy – successfully revitalizing its consumer relevance and global reach in the digital age.

In 2023 she was appointed Global Head of Brand at one of the world’s leading airline groups, Lufthansa Group. Here she leads a brand transformation that is redefining the aviation industry. Her work continues to push boundaries and set new standards for brand excellence across industries.

Sara Riis-Carstensen doesn’t just talk about brand transformation – she has lived it, shaped it, and continues to define it.

Paula Doyle

Paula Doyle is Chief Digital Officer at Aker BP and leads the company’s groundbreaking work in shaping Aker BP into one of the world’s most modern, data-driven oil and gas companies with AI, interoperability in data and industrial robotics.

Aker BP explores for and produces oil and gas on the Norwegian continental shelf. In production we are one of the largest independent listed oil companies in Europe.

At Aker BP, she plays a central role in driving a “productivity revolution” through new technology: a shared digital workplace that brings together operational data and insights, digital operations twins that make critical operational information available in one place, and a clear ambition to integrate AI into industrial workflows.

Doyle is also a key driver of partnerships designed to make Aker BP more data-driven and more efficient across the entire value chain, from the Aker Digital Alliance (Aker BP, Aker Solutions, Cognite and Aize) to initiatives focused on improved data sharing and “data as a product”.

Christina Sulebakk

Christina Sulebakk is Managing Director & EVP at Warner Bros. Discovery, Nordics, Benelux & GSA. She has been named one of the 20 most powerful women in global entertainment by The Hollywood Reporter.

Before joining WBD, Sulebakk served as General Manager of HBO Max EMEA, where she was responsible for HBO’s European streaming services (HBO Nordic, HBO España, HBO Portugal and HBO GO in Central Eastern Europe) and for the launch of HBO Max in 21 markets across Europe in 2021, followed by further expansions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

In 2012, as EVP Marketing & Sales Officer for HBO Nordic, Christina successfully established HBO’s first streaming service outside of the United States. In 2015 she was promoted to EVP, CMO & Head of Distribution for HBO Europe, and in July 2020 she was appointed General Manager for HBO Europe.

During her time at HBO Europe, she played pivotal roles in transforming the Central European business into streaming, launching HBO España (2016), HBO Portugal (2019), HBO Max in the Netherlands (2021) and contributing to the go‑to‑market strategy for HBO Max in Latin America.

Christina Sulebakk She was honored by Series Mania with the first “Woman in Series Award” in 2021.

Thordur Arnason

With a career spanning over 25 years in the industry, Thordur Arnason has developed a deep understanding of technology, innovation, and strategic leadership.

His journey has been marked by an unrelenting pursuit of knowledge and a commitment to driving positive change. As an experienced leader, he has contributed to the growth and success of several companies, skillfully navigating the challenges of strategic technology management, recruitment, mergers and acquisitions, as well as the development of new business opportunities. His ability to deliver exceptional results for clients is a testament to his expertise and dedication.

In recent times, his focus has shifted towards the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI), particularly generative AI, and its far-reaching implications for humanity and the professional landscape. He is passionate about exploring the ethical dimensions of AI, unlocking its creative possibilities, and harnessing its power to shape a better future.

Christian Fredrik Eggesbø

Christian Fredrik Eggesbø er gründer og Administrerende direktør i SIX Robotics, og leder selskapets arbeid med autonomi-/svermteknologi for ubemannede systemer.

Han har bakgrunn fra Forsvarets spesialstyrker, og har også jobbet med avanserte FoU-prosjekter i tilknytning til NORSOF og Forsvarets forskningsinstitutt (FFI).

SIX Robotics som er norske pionerer innen autonomi og dronesvermteknologi, er valgt til å utvikle Forsvarets dronesvermprogram Valkyrie. Selskapet utvikler intelligente droner som bruker kunstig intelligens til å la droner samarbeide, forstå omgivelsene og tilpasse seg i sanntid.

Karianne Tung

Digitaliserings- og forvaltningsministeren har ansvaret for IKT- og forvaltningspolitikk, elektronisk kommunikasjon, statlig arbeidsgiverpolitikk, statlig bygg- og eiendomsforvaltning, det administrative ansvaret for statsforvalterne og arbeidet med berekraftsmålene.

Yngvar Ugland

Yngvar Ugland er Divisjonsdirektør i DNB og leder for New Tech Lab, som har ansvar for å utforske nye teknologier i Norges største og eldste bank, gjennom kontorene i Bjørvika, San Francisco og Palo Alto.

Yngvar tar for tiden en nærings-PhD i kunstig intelligens, og har hatt en stilling som II-professor i næringsliv (Industry Professor II) ved Norges Handelshøyskole (NHH) i Bergen. Han er fast foreleser ved Singularity University, og opptrer også ofte på TV, i podkaster, i avisartikler, kronikker, debatter og på scener, både i Norge og i utlandet.

I 2023 ble han nominert til prisen «Nordic AI Influencer of the Year». I 2024 prydet han forsiden av feature-magasinet Top 100 Nordics in AI, og samme år vant han prisen «Nordic AI Professional of the Year». Han har skrevet flere bøker, senest The Moonshots – metoden.

Yngvar har en grad i matematikk fra NTNU og har i flere tiår bygget produkter, teknologier, kulturer og selskaper.
