The AI Shift

Is your company among the winners?

The AI shift is happening now, and it’s happening fast. We are already seeing major shifts in the competitive landscape across various sectors that can be attributed to the ongoing AI transformation. The winners are those who embrace AI as a central part of how their business operates. They transform work processes and how people and machines work together.

Meet some of the leading experts from the Nordic region and internationally at Techpoint 2026, where they share their knowledge about the AI shift and what characterizes those who succeed.

From AI experimentation to competitive advantage

More and more businesses have started their AI journey, but few succeed in making it profitable. What characterizes those who succeed is that they view AI as a central part of how the business operates. They build entirely new ways of working, where people, technology, and AI agents work together.

AI agents: Automation with human control

AI agents change what businesses can automate, but not everything should be. How do we delegate tasks to agents while maintaining control, responsibility, and traceability? And which decisions must always remain with humans?

Winning Culture in an AI-Driven World?

AI is changing the rules of competition. While technology becomes more accessible, culture and people become more important than ever. How do we build a corporate culture that embraces new ways of working, where people and machines work together?

AI Transformation – from Strategy to Competitive Advantage

Agentic AI – Autonomous Systems and Responsible Delegation

Leadership & Culture – The people who determine whether AI succeeds

Cyber Security – When AI Changes the Threat Landscape

Software Development – When AI Makes the Entire Cycle Intelligent

Physical AI – Robots and Autonomous Solutions

Industry Transformation – sector-wide breakthroughs with AI

Who You’ll Meet at Techpoint

At Techpoint, you meet the people shaping the direction of business, technology, and society. Leaders, founders, investors, and decision-makers come together here from across the region and far beyond, spanning industries, disciplines, and sectors.

Business leaders and decision-makers

Here, you will meet senior executives, middle managers, and key decision-makers from established companies working with growth, transformation, and competitiveness. They come to Techpoint to gain insight, build relationships, and discover the ideas, partners, and solutions that will shape what comes next.

Founders, scaleups, and investors

Techpoint brings together startups, growth companies, investors, and commercial players in one arena. This is where new connections are made between companies looking to scale, investors searching for opportunities, and partners and customers who can help drive the next phase of growth.

Public sector and societal stakeholders

The greatest challenges and opportunities of our time cannot be solved in silos. At Techpoint, the public sector, business community, academia, and other societal stakeholders come together to share experiences, find common direction, and build partnerships that create lasting value.

Wednesday 16 September

Day 1 you will experience a lineup of leading experts from the Nordic region and internationally, sharing their knowledge and experience on how we can transform organizations with AI. From strategy to practical implementation, from ethics to competition, we will explore the full spectrum of AI as a tool for innovation and value creation.

Kildén’s beautiful setting provides the backdrop for conversations, inspiring presentations, and informal meetings that can open new doors. Here visions and practical experience meet, and here the networks that will drive business and society forward are built.

In the evening, Techpoint and Kunstsilo invite guests to a gala dinner with approximately 250 attendees.

Thursday 17 September

Day 2 of Techpoint is a day of intensity and depth. Twelve events across six stages spread around Kilden, Kunstsilo, and Knuden invite participants to dive deep into the central questions that must be addressed when organizations are to be transformed with AI.

How do you move from ambitions to competitive advantage? How do you integrate AI agents into operations? What role does leadership, culture, and organization play when everything is changing? And how do you ensure security, uphold ethical considerations, and manage strategy and innovation along the way?

Participants can choose their path among a broadly composed program that covers everything from technical implementation to people and values.

Techpoint Party

Wednesday 16. september at 6.00 PM

Welcome to an exclusive dinner and networking experience at Kunstsilo during this year’s Techpoint in Kristiansand.

For one evening, Kunstsilo transforms into an international journey through moods, flavors, architecture, and people, where technology meets cultures, design, and great conversations. Here you’ll meet 300 business leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, and decision-makers in the World’s Most Beautiful Museum. This is the evening for meaningful conversations and a unique opportunity to meet new people.

Through three unique zones, guests are invited to explore three different “continents,” each with its own identity, atmosphere, and culinary experience. Here it’s not just the food that sets the scene, but also the light, music, architecture, and the people you meet along the way.

Kilden Preforming Arts Centre

The main stage at Techpoint is located in the concert hall at Kilden Performing Arts Centre, which is Norway’s second-largest performing arts institution. Kilden is a leading force and standard-bearer for the entire Southern Norway region, and an arena for major artistic experiences and visionary projects.

Kunstsilo

On 4 December, Kunstsilo in Kristiansand was awarded the prestigious Prix Versailles prize as the world’s most beautiful museum. Kunstsilo is a former grain silo on Odderøya in Kristiansand, transformed into one of Northern Europe’s most innovative hubs for art and cultural experiences.

Knuden

Kristiansand culture school is right beside Kilden and Kunstsilo, and is an annual venue for Techpoint events. Knuden is more than a school, it is a creative community and a vibrant cultural centre in the heart of Kristiansand. Knuden is one of the city’s largest producers of concerts and performances.
