Endre Sannes Hadland is the resident dramaturge at Kilden Theatre. He holds a Master’s degree in dramaturgy from Aarhus University and has spent many years working on theatre and art projects both in Norway and abroad, collaborating with independent groups and institutions.

Since 2017, he has been affiliated with Kilden, where he has served as dramaturge on numerous productions. He has also taken on directing and adaptation roles, most recently directing Himmeluret by Gabriel Scott in 2024.

He is a former chair of the Norwegian Dramaturges Association and has served for several years as a jury member for the national Ibsen Award.
