Ann-Helen Moum

Ann Helen Moum is Director of Corporate Governance and Development at the Norwegian Communications Authority. She is an experienced leader with a strong background in strategy, change management, and development across both the private and public sectors.

Moum previously served as bank manager at SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge and as Chief Municipal Executive for Digitalisation in the Municipality of Kristiansand. She is also a former member of the national digitalisation committee for the municipal sector. In 2023, she was recognised by Abelia (the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise’s association for knowledge and technology companies) and the ODA Network as one of the 50 leading women in tech in Norwegian business.

Moum is particularly passionate about how technology can be used to create real value in society, and how leadership, culture, and competence must evolve in step with technological change. She has a holistic perspective on transformation and sustainable development, and is a clear voice in discussions about the organisations and working life of the future.
