Kristine Dahl Steidel is Managing Director of Microsoft Norway, leading the company into the AI era. She is a strong advocate for responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence for the benefit of everyone, emphasizing transparency, accountability, and inclusion in the development of AI.
Kristine is known for her inclusive leadership style and is committed to building diverse, high-performing teams as the key to creating an environment where innovation and creativity can flourish.
Before joining Microsoft, she spent 16 years at VMware, including roles as Country Manager for Norway, Regional Director for the Nordics and Baltics, and most recently Vice President for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She also has previous experience from Cinet, Merkantildata (Atea), and WM-data in Norway.
