Osberg is a senior adviser at the Norwegian Communications Authority (Nkom), where he works on artificial intelligence, digital regulation and the implementation of the EU AI Act. He has many years of experience at the intersection of law and technology, and previously worked at the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency, where he focused in particular on policy and regulatory development in the field of AI. Osberg has a background as a software developer and has worked on data protection, automated decision-making, machine learning, cloud services and information security.
