His research focuses on how technology adoption can enable and accelerate digital transformation in industry. He holds a strong background in economics and management, with master&#8217;s degrees from BI Norwegian Business School and Nord University.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">His commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship stems from a broad and varied professional career \u2013 from serving as Head of Communications at the Norwegian National Collection Agency and leading one of the Norwegian Tax Administration&#8217;s most important digitalisation projects, to co-founding and running several companies in digital marketing and e-commerce.
