Jon Kåre Stene is Co-founder & former COO of Oda, Norway´s first unicorn and Co-founder & Partner of Skyfall Ventures, which is a Norwegian early-stage venture capital fund investing in Nordic tech startups.

He has experience with hyper scaling and process improvement from Oda, and an expert in LEAN, LEAN Startup and digitalization. He is also an experienced course instructor and speaker on topics such as digitalization and technological transformation, platformization, LEAN, innovation, performance culture, and organizational development.
